From Turin to Paris: Designing My Life and Career at Adikteev
I joined Adikteev in March 2022, working remotely from Turin. At the time, I had no idea that what started as a remote role would turn into such a full, vibrant chapter of my life, both personally and professionally.
After a while, I realized the work life I saw from my Paris-based colleagues was so different. There was energy, connection, real friendships forming. I had lived abroad briefly before, and always wanted to do so again. Moving to the Paris office was a great opportunity to fulfill that wish and forge a greater connection with the team at Adikteev HQ.
What do I do at Adikteev?
As a Senior Creative Designer, I build the creatives our clients see. This is the first thing people experience when they interact with a campaign. In many ways, it’s the visual window into what we do. That’s what I love about it: it’s concrete, it’s visible, and it’s impactful.
One of the best parts of my job is leading creative workshops. Getting live feedback and collaborating in real time makes everything feel more alive.
Where does inspiration come from?
From my team, honestly.
When I feel stuck or need to spark an idea, I turn to them. We brainstorm, share thoughts, and build on each other’s perspectives. We're a really united, supportive team, and that makes a huge difference.
In the Paris office, my favorite spot is the terrace. I love working there when the weather’s nice. It gives me space to think and enjoy the moment.
What do I try to bring to the team?
I want to be a point of reference; someone who’s approachable, sincere, and always there to support others. I believe that being real and available for your team and other colleagues is just as important as being creative.
At Adikteev, I’ve been able to grow not just as a designer, but as a person. The company has helped me develop in every area of my personal interests, and that’s something I truly value.
